Cookies Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. About this Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy explains how Drum Software Inc. (“Drum”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit getdrum.com or use our related services.

A cookie is a small text file stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and scripts that collect or store information about how a website or service is used.

This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary: to provide essential website and application functions, maintain sessions, remember security settings and protect our Services.
  • Functional: to remember choices and preferences and provide features such as customer support chat or embedded content.
  • Analytics and performance: to understand how people find and use our website and Services, diagnose problems and improve performance and usability.
  • Marketing and advertising: to measure campaigns, understand whether advertisements lead to visits or enquiries and show more relevant Drum advertising on third-party platforms.

Some cookies last only for the current browsing session. Others remain until they expire or you remove them through your browser or device settings.

3. Services that use these technologies

The services used on our website or in the Drum application may include:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for website measurement and analytics;
  • PostHog for website and product analytics, attribution, conversion measurement and, where enabled, session recording;
  • Intercom for customer support, chat and service communications;
  • Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention;
  • Cloudflare for website and application security, traffic management and performance;
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising attribution and campaign measurement;
  • Wistia and Vimeo for embedded product videos;
  • Gravatar for profile images, which may receive a hashed form of an email address and browser request information;
  • Third-party embedded content, including content from services such as YouTube, Spotify and X, when that content is loaded; and
  • Google reCAPTCHA for form security and abuse prevention.

These providers may receive information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring page, interactions and identifiers stored in cookies. Product analytics and session-recording technologies may also collect account, feature-usage and interaction information from the Drum application. If you submit a form or book a demonstration, we may associate relevant analytics or campaign information with the details you provide.

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may process it outside Australia. For more information about how Drum handles international processing, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Your choices

You can configure your browser to block, delete or notify you about cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website or application from working correctly.

You can also use controls made available by individual providers, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, LinkedIn advertising settings and the opt-out controls included in Drum marketing emails.

5. Changes and contact details

We may update this Cookies Policy when our website, providers or practices change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above.

For questions about our use of cookies, contact support@getdrum.com.
